Chicken helper🫢 πŸ˜πŸ˜‹❤️

  •  When your budget is tight  you use what you have you make it work !!!”  When you cook for your loved ones you want the best for them.  Salt is in everything but if you choose the right ingredients that make it work best for you !! ❤️πŸ₯°πŸ˜˜πŸ«ΆπŸ₯—πŸ₯•. 

  • Frozen veggies gas 0 salt some have 45 mg the stir fry if I do those I never ever use the sauce  those are extreme high sodium!! 
  • So just know all sauces have very high sodium content if you use it together with the frozen veggies “. 

  • Enjoy πŸ€€πŸ˜‹ your family and kids will love this meal  πŸ½️ 





Some can choose tuna  but I was craving for chicken !! 
Enjoy you can also add your fave cheese that melts great like blended cheese πŸ§€ 140 mg.  Parmesan cheese is 45 mg mozzarella cheese πŸ§€. 135 mg but one slice of cheese is 45 mg mozzarella that is !” 


We’re all different  I’m only aloud to have 2000 mg daily

Black olives  125. Half sliced cans
