Mommy'sπŸ’›πŸ’œ memories! Happy mothers day 2 all!! πŸ’›πŸ’›πŸ’›πŸ’›πŸŽΆπŸ«ΆπŸ«Ά

Momma's sister found a wonderful community Chelsea Memory Care Unit!    She had alit of great days full of smiles 😁  weather and health permitting I was there every other day in the morning 9-11 having lunch with her there Cheff would always have me in lunch menue on therebadded list most times I would bring my leftovers they would let me warm up my lunches!!!  My heart was so thankful for them. And mommy was well cared for my moms sister found this wonderful community!  πŸ’›πŸ’›πŸ’œπŸ’œπŸ’œπŸ’›πŸ’œπŸ’›πŸ’œπŸ’›



2024 mommy was still living at home, Rob and I cared for her around the clock! My husband was so wonderful helping her in the shower πŸ›€  and getting her dressed “!  Mommy & her son-in-law became best friends!!! πŸ’›πŸ’œπŸ’›πŸ’œπŸ’›πŸ’œπŸ’› 



Me feeling great this year I didn't get to deptessed because I know mommy loved Jesus and took mommy home in glory!   













Mommy was a quilter!   When I had to be on disability   Momma taught me the skills of sewing! I loved it do much she gave me hers sewing!  I loved it it was a PFaff!

Low-sodium the best Chicken Wings !


 I spent a peaceful Sunday, filled with worship and quality time with Faith and Family, savoring every moment of butter squash and BBQ chicken wings, a delightful treat Rob and I truly enjoyed! Mommy's cooking was always a highlight, spoiling me with her signature butter squash dish, 


a favorite of mine, and she certainly knew how to make me feel loved lol πŸ˜‚. Following a recipe, I creatively combined both sauces, adding a splash of water to perfection, ensuring the wings were covered. With my dietary goals in mind, I opted for portion control, knowing that moderation is key, even when faced with the sodium and sugar content in Mr. Spice. 


For  the butternut & Cinnamon squash with a drizzle of olive oil, alternative Monk Fruit sugar, and a sprinkle of cinnamon brought forth cherished memories of mommy's cooking, making every bite a celebration of love and nourishment. Baking at 350 degrees for 45 minutes yielded the perfect result, to the joy of savoring each bite!  Let’s see how my BS after two hours!

I've created a delicious and healthy Vanilla Chocolate Mocha Latte that's a game-changer! Triple OOO low fat low carbs delight! Here's my secret recipe: Triple 0 yogurt Vanilla flavor, my supercoffee zero sugar, and unsweetened milk, blended with a cup full of ice. Trust me it's so delightful! Zero sugar!
