 Hubby did great !! He made ribs in the preasure cooker i told him sweet poatoes  bexuase they slow down sugar better the white potatos !“  and he added onions mushrooms baby spinach !  We had the no salt added baked beans !!  My keto buns low carbs   !“

I used  I’m making salmon 🍣 salad πŸ₯— 

Salmon 🍣 sodium  230 mg 

Baby spinach 

Salmon 0 carbs 

One yellow pepper     6 grams of carbs 

One cup of mushrooms. 2.3 carbs 

One cucumber πŸ₯’  Medium cucumber: 7.3 grams of total carbohydrates, including 3.4 grams of sugar

Raspberry’s one cup  15 grams carbs. 

Cherry tomatoes πŸ…   1/2 cup (114 grams): 6 grams of carbohydrates

1 cup: 5.84 grams of carbohydrate

Croutons.  πŸ’›πŸ’›πŸ’›πŸ’›πŸ’›πŸ˜‹.    5 carbs !     Sodium 15!  

My organic sharp cheddar cheese  Cheddar Cheese (1 cup, diced) contains 1.7g total carbs, 1.7g net carbs, 43.7g fat, 32.9g protein, and 532 calories.      I only used a dash of cheese πŸ§€.  Enjoy !!😊🍣🍣🍣.  Please tell me what you think about my recipe. Leave me a coment say hi !πŸ‘‹

Veggie turkey tortilla breakfast wrap !!!  My first time !” 

Today 

Low carbs low salt ! So delicious πŸ˜‹ 


1.  Eggs πŸ₯š 

 2).    Turkey one slice. 240 carbs 1 gram 

3.   Brocoli  8.5 mg  4 grays of carbs  1 gram of sugar.  

4. Tortillas 330 mg. 19 grams carbs  0 sugar 

5.   Mushrooms 4 mg. One cup 

6.  Mexican blend. 180 just a pinch 🀏 of cheese.  1 carb. O sugar ! 

Takes a few minutes to cook so amazing delicious πŸ˜‹!!!!!!        Well worth it !!!!    In three days I’ve had no insulin

Thank you for our amazing anniversary wishes we had amazing time celebrating our 10 years  on June 7!!   We had ate out a few times but now we’re back on  track  my weight is good again ! So is my sugar levels “  

After the day of cheat my weight is hood my baseline weight  and we’re back on track !   Happiness is coming home church 🏠 to a clean kitchen and a surprise lunch waiting !        In my mind I was gonna do homemade tocos today hubby had all this planned.  πŸ˜‹πŸ˜‹πŸ˜˜πŸ˜˜

He says the chicken was frozen. Baked it for. 2 hours.  He  baked it with a can of coke !!!   In the  350 *.     Hubby goes back to work his vacation days over “.

Just a few days ago we did hamburgers there are many ways to create your own hamburgers so you may see this a few times on my blog !!! lol πŸ˜‚

 Lowsodium bacon πŸ₯“.  No salt added ketchup. They also have no sugar added ketchup !! My relish is only 35 mg. !!!      Tasty πŸ˜‹ every bite  he made enough for my dinner later tonight !!!    ❤️❤️πŸ’›πŸ™ŒπŸ™ŒπŸ™ŒπŸ™ŒπŸ™ŒπŸ™Œ. I love Swiss cheese melts so nicely !!!
