I used my unsweeten almond milk mrs dash gsrlic and herbs one stick of unsalted butter! Paremaun cheese 90 mg 0 carbs almond milk 1 carb 190 one cup of milk 2 cups of parmesaun cheese ! Stir unltil melts !“ Taste it with mrs dash of seasoning ! Whole wheat pasta !
This was jusy right ! Wholewheat pssta and protine pasta is good for diabetics ! Moderation πππππ
