Hi, overcomers I’ve been doing well it’s been 6 weeks since icu scare covid ! cooking a lot more today is my cheet day hubby is taking me out !
So I planned ahead ordered what I needed during the week for my. Chicken spinach ricotta cheese and my Mexican, blend style cheese and making my own sauce make me chicken, spinach, lasagna roll ups. These are our favorites and they are so good.!!! π. I make them about once a year hubs loved it He says I’m a better cook then his ex !! π€£π€£π€£π.
