Been doing good 😊 on the right track. Weight is coming down making our own meals helps controlling the salt intake !!!  We are back in the right path.  I love planning our meals and Rob loves cooking 🧑‍🍳 them !!!  

He cooked the stew meat in the preasure cooker . 🥩 is 75 mg.  

The gravy jar 🫙.  Turkey gravy 240 mg 

Rob says that most packets gravy’s were way more mg.  Then the jars !    

He did great  with our comfort food 🥘 dinner tonight. Yay yummy left overs !!!!       He used one of diced onion 

🧅 4 mg.   

Cooked it in low in the pan in the stove !”   East quick meals for us !!”       My weight fluid is already coming off from double my lasics today !”

UFO finish Quilts ! 2024. 🧵💜💕💚💚🧵😘

Hi everyone this year has been such a challenging 😰 year physically and emotionally since hubby got sexually assaulted @ work yes sadly but true he has been out of work in pain. But he was doing light work around the house so he can keep stronger but mean while still waiting for the papers to process so he can have his Surgry time for healing ❤️‍🩹!!!!!!

They never caught the person. We are still praying 🙏 the company is investigating  everything takes so long and it’s so difficult 😥.      Mean while Rob is taking advantage of the projects around the house 🏠  getting light maintenance work completed 👍 before winter ❄️ sets in !!!

This sweet family helped us with our shelving project from our church family !”  It didn’t take them long and the shelves were complete !!  I was so happy hang my quilts up on their!  My room was definitely looking like a quilt room !!  

I still have the bins to go through that will take time as I am finishing up older quilts I made last year left undone  becusze of health issues and loosing my sweet mommy “ 

I’m so thankful she taught me the skills of sewing 🧵 and I have the joy of teaching other girls 👧 the basic sewing 🧵 techniques!!!  

This is Liz my god daughter since it’s national god daughter day!!!  

This is my second year of teaching her to quilt !!! 

We also bake cookies 🍪 while we having fun girl time chatting!!! 

Here are some of the quilts I was able to finish up this year and I mailed of to Texas Idaho. And Kansas !!!  

This one below ⬇️ in my lap I’m enjoying this one until a sweet cousin of mine turns 13!!!     She’s got a few more years before she can have this teenage quilt !!”   💕💕💕💕💜💜💜💜💜🧵🧵🧵🧵 this is a twin size Quilt !”  My best work !” 

My sweet child hood friend ordered this pretty blue one for her boyfriend in Texas for Christmas 🎄.   I got it done early size is 55 by 55”.  Small throw !” 

Then I made a small baby quilt  on the left !!   For donations  I made three baby quilts completed this year donations and three 3️⃣ gifts 🎁 and baby quilt order !  Gods been blessing me “ this year with my orders 😃🧵

I made these quilts of valor quilts for my brother in laws who has served in sacrificed in the Army the fabric play in aurora Colorado. Quilts all my quilt for me !   They do a beautiful 🤩 job !” 

Mailing 3 quilts was $15 each shipping not to bad I thought it was double !!
