Low sodium stuffed meatballs & spaghetti

 Recipe 33.

Feeling great today !   First time I made stuffed Parmesan cheese meetballs !!!!  


425*.   30 minutes!!!  So amazing. 🀩.       


Ground beef 75 mg 


Whole grain pasta for diabetes. 


The spaghetti sauce is. 130 mg ! 


Parmesan cheese  50 mg.  πŸŒΌπŸŒΌπŸŒΌπŸŒΌπŸ˜‹πŸ˜‹πŸ˜‹

Next time will use Swiss !!  15 mg 

I’m proud of myself lol.

Egg sandwich πŸ₯ͺ mushrooms firsta blend cheese a pinch!!🀏 




 Good morning heart ❤️ family ☀️ Normaly I miss breakfast 🍳 but before my nurse comes I got very hungry. 🀀 


Made a Lowsodium  diabetic friendly breakfast!!   


 1 Dipping egg πŸ₯š 159. Mg 

A few mushrooms  sautΓ©. And couple low sodium bacon πŸ₯“ 75 each mg  (Walmart) 

Keto bun 125 mg.  0 sugar and 0 sugar added !  

(Diabetic friendly ).  The bun is so yummy 🀀 


A pinch 🀏 of cheese πŸ§€ 170  fiesta blend.  Swiss is 15 mg.   I have to use what I have on hand 🀚.  

Half of banana 7.22 sugar. 1 mg sodium.

Springtime fruit salid !!



 4/8/24






      Today I made a spring fruite πŸ“πŸ₯“salid !  

Sunflower πŸ₯“ bacon crunch salid. 190 mg 
I added a few strawberries and blueberries 🫐.  And one sliced tomatoes. πŸ….  
Ranch dressing. 160 ! O sugar and 0 added sugar !! 
Mrs dash garlic & herbs !

Left over roast beef we cooked earlier in the week 

I used keto buns 0 sugar. And 0 added on its only 125. Mg !!  

Great way to recreate your left over meals !!

When Rob One night last week hubby was busy quiet in the kitchen he was putting together a delicious me meal for us in the pressure cooker !!! He sliced up potatoes and carrots and veggies πŸ₯—. And unsalted broth. And added water let it cook. For 4 hours it was amazing 🀩 and tasty πŸ˜‹. !! Talk about comfort food in a busy week night just one day off together !!!

Keto bun 125 mg 0 sugar and 0 sugar added! 


craft cheese, 225  white American   Swissis much lower  15 mg i ran out of Swiss!!! 


Mushrooms sautΓ©ed.  4 mg 


Ketchup o sugar added &  55 mg.

You had me a tacos ! Hope you everyone had a wonderful Easter. We sure did !!. I woke up thinking about chicken tacos. !!! πŸ˜‹πŸ₯°πŸ˜. 
My recipe 
Mrs dash garlic & herbs. And unsalted powder broth ! & add a little water πŸ’¦ 
 I had mission tortilla 20 mg ! 
Chicken tenders. 20 mg each 
Mozzarella Cheese. 150 mg 
coleslaw Bag 25 mg 
Total 225 each toco !!! πŸ˜‹πŸ˜‹πŸ˜‹πŸ˜‹πŸ˜
