           Happy wonderful Thanksgiving, friends and family.   Happy thanksgiving πŸ¦ƒ everyone !!!   We had ours early becusze of Robs work squedual !!  So much to be thankful for for !! After a crazy year. We both had. #HappyThanksgiving2024.  God is so faithful Hubby and all the drivers got a raise !!!!    Please congratulate to Robs dedication during his season of healing ❤️‍🩹!!!  Everything  we had Low-sodium and gluten free on our menu!!!

Carbs 16 total so good every bite !!!! πŸ˜πŸ˜πŸ˜πŸ˜πŸ˜‹πŸ˜‹.  I warmed up my which in the oven toast it !”   So happy ibhad the sweet peppers!!

Hi heart ❤️ soldiers !!  We had our wonton soup πŸ₯£ now today  I fixed us. Fagoloi italian veggie soup !   Who would like to join us !!!!! 😍😍😍


My first time My recipe today unsalted but tuns of flavor.  Fagoli Italian veggie soup with shrimp 🍀!!   Ground beef. Unsalted black beans 🫘 ".   πŸ€—πŸ˜˜πŸ˜…in the slow cooker today ".    Black beans 21 carbs. 1 gram of sugar 

My recipe 

Recipe 


Ground beef. 75 mg 


Unsalted broth 75 mg.  


Veggie melody 40 mg 


Shrimp. 🍀 135 


Hunts no salt added diced tomatoes πŸ…. 15 mg 


Stewed tomato’s 210 mg


No salt added. Black beans 🫘. 5. mg 21carbs. 1 gram of sugar 

Remember your body needs some carbs. Just keep track through the day

This weekend. �Today I made Rob & I Lowsodium stir fry chicken soup 🍜 �Wontons I use this brand ! On Amazon. 55 mg. �Unsalted broth 75 mg �Stir fry veggies I use my own sauce 180. !!�I never use their packet sauce the load it. Yuck ! �This is so darn delicious 🀀. Less is more !” �Total sodium control is. 310. Mg for each serving size ! �Perfect on a chilly day ! �#lowsodiumlife �#lowsodiumliving �#lowsodiumstir -frywontonssoup !


My 🩸 blood sugar did great !!!! I ate around 6 pm. ❣️❣️❣️❣️❣️this one really works well for diabetic friendly recipes. It did for me ! Always check two hours after eating

Diabetic Type 2 follow up!! ❤️❤️❤️

it’s been a rough year for Husband and I God is so faithful he carries us through! As we focus in Him together !”   Today was amazing day finally some good news!!!  

 I am also proud of myself that the doctor said I significantly went down since last April 2 6.5 and my sugar diet and working hard on my recipes that I show you and she said that the recipes and the diet is truly working plus, I’m on two medications that help!!!!! 






diabetes is really hard it’s it. It’s a constant homework about what to eat and what to drink all the time and she says the zero sugar drinks are OK. It’s just another substitute for the sweetener that they use but just drink it in moderation your body is allowed to have some sugar in your diet, it’s all moderation what you eat πŸ’•πŸ’•πŸ’•πŸ’•❤️❤️❤️πŸ˜„πŸ˜„ The doctor says brown rice is OK. It’s better than cauliflower rice because cauliflower rice has lots of carbs but brown rice is more healthier whole wheat noodles. Spaghetti noodles is good for diabetics and so is protein pasta is good good says for diabetics.!!!! so I can still have my favorite foods just in moderation and in a different way!!!! tell me do you have diabetes and how are you doing with it? I have learned so much this year since I was hospitalized with ice and ICU last April and the year before I had Covid at this time God is definitely brought me through. lots of changes and I give God all the glory and praise. !!!!!!πŸ™πŸ’•πŸ’•πŸ’•πŸ’•

I love low-sodium cabbage rolls! πŸ˜‹πŸ˜‹❤️

 


today I did cabbage rolls, but first time in the slow cooker mixture I use one egg, diced onions, carrots, and celery and ground beef. I cooked the rice and added the rice and the mixture. I cut the cabbage took it apart and rolled it up!!! Cooking in the slow cooker for 4-6 hours on high I added Mrs dash teriyaki sauce !” will be ready after my Dr appointments and nap!!! I can't wait !” 
Sauce 0 mg teriyaki sauce, Dash.
