Low-sodium the best Chicken Wings !

 I spent a peaceful Sunday, filled with worship and quality time with Faith and Family, savoring every moment of butter squash and BBQ chicken wings, a delightful treat Rob and I truly enjoyed! Mommy's cooking was always a highlight, spoiling me with her signature butter squash dish, 

a favorite of mine, and she certainly knew how to make me feel loved lol 😂. Following a recipe, I creatively combined both sauces, adding a splash of water to perfection, ensuring the wings were covered. With my dietary goals in mind, I opted for portion control, knowing that moderation is key, even when faced with the sodium and sugar content in Mr. Spice. 

For  the butternut & Cinnamon squash with a drizzle of olive oil, alternative Monk Fruit sugar, and a sprinkle of cinnamon brought forth cherished memories of mommy's cooking, making every bite a celebration of love and nourishment. Baking at 350 degrees for 45 minutes yielded the perfect result, to the joy of savoring each bite!  Let’s see how my BS after two hours!

I've created a delicious and healthy Vanilla Chocolate Mocha Latte that's a game-changer! Triple OOO low fat low carbs delight! Here's my secret recipe: Triple 0 yogurt Vanilla flavor, my supercoffee zero sugar, and unsweetened milk, blended with a cup full of ice. Trust me it's so delightful! Zero sugar!

We're overflowing with gratitude to Carol & Daryle for hosting an unforgettable celebration! 🤩. The experience was truly a gift as the girls' excitement as they hunted for eggs was a highlight of the day, filling our hearts with laughter and love. In the midst of our hectic lives, these precious family moments are truly valuable. Even when Rob faced discomfort, his love for being with us shine through, and every minute counted. Lots of giggles through the day, reminding us that time together is the greatest gift of all, rejuvenating our spirits and creating lifelong memories!!!!

Holy Week.2026 Celabration of 💜📖Jesus Love for us.

Last night at Fellowship Church, we experienced a profound communion, reflecting on the ultimate sacrifice Jesus made by shedding His love for us on the cross, and sang glorifying hymns that touched our souls 💚💚💚💚💚🙏🌸. Every event leading up to Easter is so special to me that’s when I made a choice to follow Jesus at age 11 Now I’m 49 💜. We read His word at the table and we did our Communion  this year was very emotional for me our body’s are very week  to picture Jesus what he went through amazes me His love for us the torture He had to endure what does Easter mean for you !! 

My sweet friend were both going through b hard times very difficult most we ever been through !   We lean on each other a lot with Jesus !!  Our Faith Family we got there early and  had great. And the music started  we felt Jesus Presence with us it amazing
