Low-sodium beef stroganoff!

 






Cheff Rob  and I share the same dietary approach, and he has lost 15 pounds, bringing his weight to 198 pounds. He maintains a low-sodium and low-sugar diet, !!!!   

simplifying our meal planning process. Our recipe consists of browning stew meat, then cooking it in a pressure cooker with unsalted broth and water. Afterward, the meat is shredded, and egg noodles are cooked in the cooker with the broth, producing a tender outcome. The nutritional facts for this meal are as follows: stew meat contains 65mg of sodium, 0 carbs, egg noodles have 39 carbs, 15mg of sodium, 2 grams of sugar, unsalted broth contains 75mg of sodium, 1 carb, 1 sugar, and 2 grams of protein.
