Taco salad bar tonight !!! πŸ₯—πŸ«ΆπŸ˜‹πŸ˜‹

 



Rob was home tonight !  

He made us a taco bar it was Delious. πŸ₯—πŸ˜‹πŸ˜‹πŸ˜‹πŸ€€

Ground beef. 75 mg 

No salt added beans 15 mg !   

No salt dice tomatos πŸ… 45  mg 

Letus  mix  60 mg 

Fiesta cheese πŸ§€ 180 just a dash 

Small cup Brown Rice rice for me.  It was so delicious 🀀!!!!    Thanks Rob !!        

Low-sodium taco salad πŸ₯—.    For dinner !    Lightly salted Fritos !   Just a few on top !”

Hi guys over the weekend I made this dumpling soup 🍜 so yummy πŸ˜‹ Yesterday made a healthy pot of Pho dumplings soup!. 


I make this differently every time !”  Lol πŸ˜† 


Ground beef  75. 


Dumplings   260 per serving 3 pieces. 


Unsalted broth 75 


Mushrooms 4 mg 


Frozen broccoli πŸ₯¦  65 mg 


Thai rice noodles one small section.  Alot in one box 


Add water πŸ’¦ & I used a little bit of extra virgin olive oil !”   


Total mg is 404 mg divided 2 servings. Or how many people are eating with you “

Stuffed mushrooms πŸ„‍🟫!!!!

 






Hows everyone’s  cold day I made two kinds of stuffed mushrooms πŸ„‍🟫 !! Baby spinach cream cheese bacon πŸ₯“ bits 

The second one. For us stuffing   stuffed mushrooms πŸ„‍🟫  stuffing is 340 mg. I used 2 cups of it .  


The spinach & cream cheese 110bacon πŸ₯“ 120 bits is for my friend Stephanie she had leg surgery staying with her mom rob will dive them to too her.  πŸ«ΆπŸ«ΆπŸ’› now I’m ready for nap!  My first time making stuffing stuffed mushrooms πŸ„‍🟫. For a light dinner for me. And a veggie on the side !!”   Third time is a charm 


I baked it for 275. For 15-20 minutes it was perfect I had to try both !!!! 🀣🀣🀣🀣🀣. πŸ’›πŸ’›πŸ’›.  Stuffed mushrooms πŸ„‍🟫 are great for slowing down sugar in your body. “. And tasty πŸ˜‹ snacks or appetizers! πŸ„‍πŸŸ«πŸ„‍πŸŸ«πŸ„‍πŸŸ«πŸ„‍πŸŸ«πŸ„‍πŸŸ«πŸ„‍πŸŸ«πŸ„‍πŸŸ«πŸ„‍🟫

Pasta Penne veggie dish!!

 


     Cooking for two 2️⃣ 


I made a meal for my sweet friend Stephanie who had leg surgery home healing ❤️‍🩹.   


Pasta Penne dish 


Ground beef  75 mg 


Frozen Zucchini. 60 mg 


Mushrooms πŸ„‍🟫 4 mg 


Dash of cilantro on top !” So delicious.  I made it up. Went well with my sugar levels. 


Prego roasted garlic sauce 360 I used a half jar in each baking dish. So it would be less mg 1 gram of sugar “.  Protein pasta is good for diabetes and slows down the sugar in my body. “!!  I ate around 3 pm.

Low-sodium chicken wings!! ❤️🫢

              


            Earlier this week I had found some chicken wings in the freezer!  Haven't used mt slow cooker in long time so I decided to bring it out and cooked it on low for 5 hours!!!  The meat was perfect!!!   


     




chicken wings thys  80 MG one pack 

One size red enchilada sauce, one grand sugar two lightly for the sauce I added more water so it could be less salty that way 1gram of  sugar with the red sauce

My dipping sauce is sesame style teriyaki sauce only 70 MG!      

I order Walmart on line 

Hubby will love this when he comes home in the mornings when he works nights. 

Diabetes chf guidelines my sugar levels responded well!!!

Low sodium tuna noodle casserole!





       I. made mommas tuna noodle casserole!   Last week  πŸ’•πŸ’•πŸ’•2025 

This recipe is easy but I added two of my fave items with it !!  

Momma had with peas πŸ«›  so I had no salt added  canned because normally I use fresh pease ! 

Mother daughter recipe !!! 

Nutrition facts  


           2 cans of tuna 🍣 240

             1 small can of crushed olives 125 mg 

              Fresh mushrooms πŸ„‍🟫 4 mg 

             Canned Peese 10 mg 

                Unsalted cream soup 50 mg   

            Total 665 mg but Devide that by how many people 

                 Eating with you so for me I decide that by 2  

                 Each serving size is  332.5 mg per serving !!! “  

              Enjoy !!πŸ˜‰   I had whole wheat 🌾 egg noodles 

                My sugar levels responded well !! “

How's Everyone’s first of the year 2025 going mine was at rest a little bit. I had to renew my license but that was easier than I thought. My Husband πŸ’ renewed it for me online but I had to wait for like three weeks get my license so that was a little stressful to be stuck at home.! So I got so done. Plus It was cold, freezing weather.!  


I just kept busy watching movies 🎬  & sewing!!! 




I ordered these fabrics online on Etsy, but I forgot who these are by Sorry about that, but it was such a pretty set. It was talent squares.πŸ’œπŸ’•

I made a cute hearts runner for our memory table of our parents his daddy passed on 3 years and my mommy its been almost 2!    Pictures of our favorites really helps grieving process!!  Sewing also helps me feel closer momma she is 

  Before momma went to Chelsea memory center I got pics of her holding her amazing Quilts Shes made!!! Here is just a few!!! Alot of them went to lots of donations  &  firehouse Quilts for pregnancy center for girls πŸ’ƒ  of our baby quilts we made!!!
