 Low sodium style not your momma sauce is low in sodium ! So yummy πŸ˜‹ it’s one of my fave. Sauces ! 
This meal was a memory I cooked last year I’m gonna have to do this meal again now that I’m diabetic I can use whole wheat 🌾 pasta ! 🍝. Whole wheat slows down sugar in our bodies ! I’ve learned a lot this year my. First year being diabetic !!

Low carbs Low salt chicken Alfredo!!!

My dinner was sucess ! Ive been thinking all day xhicken alfredo and i made my own sauce ! 

My recipe 
Chicken tenders  
Unsalted broth 45 mg  
Mushrooms diced onions pepers  & brocoli cookrd with chicken in the skillet  then make your sauce  in the pan ...
 I used my unsweeten almond milk mrs dash gsrlic and herbs one stick of unsalted butter!  Paremaun cheese 90  mg 0 carbs  almond milk 1 carb 190  one cup of milk 2 cups of parmesaun cheese ! Stir unltil melts !“   Taste it with mrs  dash of seasoning ! Whole wheat pasta !  
This was jusy right !   Wholewheat pssta and protine pasta is good for diabetics ! Moderation πŸ˜ƒπŸ’›πŸ’›πŸ’›πŸ’›  

Tbis is my comfort zone !“   My sugar level did great i had hardly any carbs today !   πŸ˜ƒπŸ˜ƒπŸ˜ƒ   Havent had a shot in three days !   My insalin  !“

Delicious strawberry πŸ“ and raspberries smoothie!! Sugar free!

 I made a diabetic smoothie today sugar free and with zero-sugar ice cream and Almond milk!!!! Almond milk I have is also sugar-free! So is my vanilla ice cream !”    Boy does it hit the spot on hot summer day in Colorado!!”   How hot is it where you live??

Life challenges when you're diagnosed with diabetes   And its hard to figure out what to cook πŸ§‘‍🍳  and what will work and what wi spike your sugar!!!!    Its crazy!!     Low carbs is so hard for me and most people!   Its always a struggle !” 

So heres what I made this week “ worked well with my sugar levels!  I was so happy I can still have pasta I use protein pasta whole wheat it slows down sugar in my body is what my nutrition Dr says “    

My recipe is ground beef cook first & add your broccoli πŸ₯¦ zucchini diced 1 pepper one onion πŸ§… basically your fave veggies in one skillet!!!! So yummy add your fave. Cheese mine was mozzarella had one carb”  πŸ˜ƒπŸ˜‹πŸ˜‹πŸ˜‹enjoy!! 

Basical,ly I try different meals what makes my sugar spike or stay low an hour after!! Its a lot to learn our bodies are all different. You may spike high or low its always a trial test πŸ’―! 

Hi heart family we had a scare yesterday Rob went to the Er he had signs of a heart attack. It shows that he had one years ago didn't even know!!!    Crazy!!!  How they can find things out!! Thankfully my hubs and bestie are okay. He over works his chest and upper   Body aggrecly πŸ₯ΉπŸ₯Ή    I was quite scared. 🫣😰    Hubby is Doubg well back to work. “  I worry about him a lot!  I just keep him in my prayers always !”

Today we had a Starbucks date sugar-free for me!! Yay!     

Another snack idea I did I had triple 000 yogurt no sugar added granola!!! I added rasberrys

This week my hubs made ribs in the presure cooker second night we did tacos. Today with ribs I made this amazing 🀩 soup πŸ₯£. 
my Recipe 🫢
Unsalted broth 
Ribs 22 carbs. Serving. 54 mg 
Zucchini squash blend. 3 carbs 40 mg low in fat 
Mushrooms πŸ„ 3 carbs. 4 mg. 
Cauliflower. One bag. 3 grams of carbs 0 mg. 
Dash of extra virgin olive oil oil adds so much flavor!!πŸ«ΆπŸ«ΆπŸ«ΆπŸ«ΆπŸ«ΆπŸ™ŒπŸ™ŒπŸ™ŒπŸ™ŒπŸ˜Œ. 
Carbs total. 28 
Sodium. 73 !! ❤️πŸ’™❤️.
