When a man has seconds he truly loves your cooking !!!!
My initial attempt at preparing oven-baked chicken and bacon π₯ in a healthier manner, accompanied by macaroni and cheese. The dish turned out creamy and exceptionally delicious π€€. Here's the step-by-step process:
Step one
involves cooking low-carb pasta, gluten-free, in a pan with diced chicken. Meanwhile, prepare a baking dish.
Step two
requires baking unsalted 75 mg bacon sheet in a preheated oven at 400 degrees, monitored closely until crispy, then cut into pieces using kitchen scissors.
Step three
involves combining the pasta and chicken mixture in the baking dish, adding sweetened milk if necessary for diabetic requirements, and incorporating a portion of Velveeta cheese in diced squares. Additionally, pour the milk mixture over the pasta and chicken, then whisk three or two eggs and pour over the baking dish to enhance firmness and richness.
Step four
Finally, bake in the oven at 350 degrees for 45 minutes, resulting in a warm and creamy dish with a relatively low carb count per serving! & Low sodium ! Per serving is 365 sodium ! To make it creamy I use unsweetened milk Becusze I’m type too diabetes and the pasta is low carbs for me each meal I’m supposed to be around 16-45 carbs
45 .5 per serving carbs ! πππ
365 pers serving sodium !
Protein is chicken & bacon π₯
Velvet-a original is 390!
