celery!! Half purple onikn two sticks diced celory pasta shells whole wheat 42 carbs. . My blood sugar does well I used whole wheat. I used pioneer gravy that would be cut in half with sodium packet says it was 230 mg gravy then I added water π¦. Total amount of sodium is 329 Mg celery two sticks 64 mg 1 net carb. 2 carbs with celory :) π This was very yummy π!!!! #Turneystroganoff #makeitworkforyou. #loveyourkitchen.
