I made this meal up a few days ago ! It’s so delicious π€€
So I saved our left overs and hubby cut it up for me we freaze it for another meal !! π½️
Diabetics can benefit from pork loin tenderloin, which provides high-quality protein and essential nutrients while maintaining a relatively low saturated fat content. I employed my slow cooker and started the cooking process by cleaning the meat.
Next, I cooked it in a pan on all sides with extra virgin olive oil, accompanied by diced onions π§ and mushrooms!!. The smell was incredible!!. I completed it with a garnish of cilintro on top and a side of green beans. I cooked it on high for 4 hours today!
