I always use whole-wheat pasta & or protein pasta my provider says it slows down the sugar in my body for diabetics & I am still a pasta girl π. So this has been a real hard challenge to find the right one to work for me ππ«Άπits all about portion sizes !” this chart below is my sugar level 154 if its in the green its good what ever I choose to eat so I make a note saying ok this worked for me so I can have it again !”
I love olives yes they can be very salty they do have no salt added olives π« at Walmart and Amazon!! Yeah s I use in my meals.
