Low-sodium spaghetti 🍝

   



.        Everyone knows how to make spaghetti 🍝.  The key is to find a low-sodium sauce this is the lowest I found. Im sure there is even better somewhere out there! Or make your own sauce! Which I plan to do this year!!  

I always use whole-wheat pasta & or protein pasta my provider says it slows down the sugar in my body for diabetics &  I am still a pasta girl πŸ’ƒ. So this has been a real hard challenge to find the right one to work for me πŸ˜ƒπŸ«ΆπŸits all about portion sizes !” this chart below is my sugar level 154 if its in the green its good what ever I choose to eat so I make a note saying ok this worked for me so I can have it again !”  




I love olives yes they can be very salty they do have no salt added olives πŸ«’  at Walmart and Amazon!! Yeah s I use in my meals.  




Today is freezing cold ❄️  storm. Taking place over night in Colorado.  I made a quick low-sodium spaghetti 🍝  meal. Ground beef 75 
While wheat pasta   
Ground beef 75 mg
Sauce 130 mg 
Black olives 40 mg 
Mushrooms 4 mg!
