Salmon ๐Ÿฃ with lemon ๐Ÿ‹ butter sauce !

 


Hi heart everyone !!   


This was a hit for Rob & me! Today, I created a fantastic Monday meal - salmon with butter, lemon sauce over whole wheat pasta! My recipe is a labor of love. I cooked the salmon with oil and butter in the pan, then added slices of fresh lemon. After removing the skin from the back of each piece, I cooked it on medium heat. In another pan, I cooked pasta in water with a dash of oil until it was al dente. My sauce is a beautiful blend of butter, oil, and lemon juice, which makes it incredibly saucy as it cooks - it’s amazingly easy! I added a splash of water to the pan and some cherry tomatoes, covering the pan until they were cooked. ๐ŸŒพ 



 �My recipe  

�I cooked the salmon with oil butter in the pan. And added the lemon  slices �Then I took the skin of the back of each one  �cooked it on medium then another pan with pasta water  till cooked  I like to add a dash of oil in my my pasta water  �My sauce is butter  oil. Lemons ๐Ÿ‹  the juice makes it more saucy as it cooks it’s very very easy  I added some water in the pan as well !  !  I add my cherry tomatoes  cover. Then i covered with lid till cooked.  �I cooked the salmon with oil butter in the pan. Rob and I. Ate out too many times we got caught up in going out Becusze we are just exhausted he works so long and hard as a fuel driver but it caught up with me Becusze I gained fluid weight back it was super high. Where it was so hard to breath and walk so I emailed my providers they tell me to take rxyra lasics the next few days I told them I took extra over the weekend my weight dropped back down getting closer to. My ideal weight so I need to keep better track and weigh daily and keep track in my note book ๐Ÿ“• it’s such a great plan for us heart ❤️ patients &  to have healthy eating habits  once in whip is okay for date nights. But it’s hard to find healthy options !!     So I love to watch. Food net work and mark down my food recipes and create them in my life’s style !   The more I stay on track I can be home with my hubby and friends and more time for Quilting !!!  

God shows me how to change recipes to make it work for me and hubby !”  It’s nicer now that hubby wants to be on low sugar and low salt ๐Ÿง‚ too it really benefits him as well !!!  He doesn’t have heart disease or diabetes but he wants a healthier heart ❤️ so he can work longer and take care of me !”  His words “   I love finding food items different brands have less sodium mg. 







Salmon ๐Ÿฃ is low sodium and lemons ๐Ÿ‹ are wonderful for diabetics too!   So is whole wheat pasta  slows down the sugar content in our bodies. I still love my carbs but in a healthier way. In of course moderation is the key !
