This was a hit for Rob & me! Today, I created a fantastic Monday meal - salmon with butter, lemon sauce over whole wheat pasta! My recipe is a labor of love. I cooked the salmon with oil and butter in the pan, then added slices of fresh lemon. After removing the skin from the back of each piece, I cooked it on medium heat. In another pan, I cooked pasta in water with a dash of oil until it was al dente. My sauce is a beautiful blend of butter, oil, and lemon juice, which makes it incredibly saucy as it cooks - it’s amazingly easy! I added a splash of water to the pan and some cherry tomatoes, covering the pan until they were cooked. ๐พ

�I cooked the salmon with oil butter in the pan. And added the lemon slices �Then I took the skin of the back of each one �cooked it on medium then another pan with pasta water till cooked I like to add a dash of oil in my my pasta water �My sauce is butter oil. Lemons ๐ the juice makes it more saucy as it cooks it’s very very easy I added some water in the pan as well ! ! I add my cherry tomatoes cover. Then i covered with lid till cooked. �I cooked the salmon with oil butter in the pan. Salmon ๐ฃ is low sodium and lemons ๐ are wonderful for diabetics too! So is whole wheat pasta slows down the sugar content in our bodies. I still love my carbs but in a healthier way. In of course moderation is the key !
