Heart ❤️ and Lungs ๐Ÿซ journey ! 2025

 


Praise story time !  


Good morning everyone. Here is my story Limiting salt and sodium intake is beneficial for overall health, even for those without heart disease or congenital heart conditions. Lately, it has been a challenging few weeks as I frequented restaurants too often, which my cardiologist advises limiting to two or three times a month. It is easy to accumulate fluid on my heart ❤️ and lungs ๐Ÿซ. Cooking at home is the healthiest option, as you are in control. I recently experienced a significant accumulation of fluid, reaching a concerning level of 147. Fortunately, my medical team managed my condition at home, avoiding the need for emergency room admission, for which I am grateful. Throughout the year, I successfully avoided hospitalization. Following my doctor's guidance, I achieved a weight of 137, which is four pounds above my target, but considered a safe range by Dr. K. Prior to this, he mentioned that this weight was acceptable. I feel invigorated, with a spring in my step! ๐Ÿ’•๐Ÿ’•๐Ÿซถ๐Ÿ™thank you all for prayers and supportive thoughts ๐Ÿ’ญ!!!


It’s been so challenging & scary I had peace through Jesus  bringing me through. I’m so thankful still working hard at it.
