I love cottage cheese π§. So I wanted to trust the process. It was amazing !π€©. Every bite.

Here’s the recipe I had I changed it up the way I like it πππ
I got a small pan.
One tortilla. Guerrero brand. 20 mg
2 Eggs π₯ I added a little dab of milk almond milk unsweetened Stirred the eggs π₯ 2 eggs is 190
1 carbs 1 net carbs
Place the tortillas ☝️ first then the egg mixture
Add your spinach and mozzarella.
Black olives 125 mg small can! They are half’s
Mozzarella a dash of cheese π§ so it melts nicely!
On table spoon. Of low-fat cottage cheese 156 mg “
516. Mg. It's enough for 2 people !”
Cover the pan let it all cook π§π³ blend on its own.
My first bite was so crispy the crunch was amazing.
The taste is delicious!!!!! Oh my word it was my fave breakfast π³.
You can also make it without the tortilla!!! Less carbs. The crunch is the best! πππππππ³
