     Each serving is. 366 mg per person! Enjoy !” fajita chicken recipe. Bake 350* 20 minutes with your favorite cheese πŸ§€.    My sugar numbers were great all day diabetic friendly !   Per serving is. 366 mg.  πŸ˜.  Hubs added salsa to his !      



I used. Chicken fajitas 420 mg 
(Frozen zucchini  60.  Shrimp 🍀 from kings Soopers. 120 mg.   Elbow pasta. Noodles.    Parmesan cheese. πŸ§€ 50  
All my recipes I total the mg sodium πŸ§‚ then I devide  it by 2 people hubby & I.     Each serving size. Is 366 mg !”

Later I made my own gluten free Alfredo sauce it was amazing 🀩 



My sugar levels did great with this meal !
