Frozen corn. O mg 19 carbs 4 grams of sugar
Enchilada red sauce 290
Unsalted broth. 75 mg.
Mushrooms
Frozen. Carrots 60 mg. 7 carbs.
Cook on high for 3 hours !” the flavors are so yummy π. Amazing. My sugar levels stayed low!!!
