Salmon 🍣 salad πŸ₯— or you can use chicken !   πŸ’›πŸ’›πŸ˜‹  low carbs and low sodium  diabetic friendly !!!  πŸ«ΆπŸ«Ά




Cook on med heat cover with the lid !  



I ordered croutons on Walmart !!

Hi how’s your weekend ?!  Today I’m craving salmon 🍣 salad πŸ₯—!!!!!   


I used  I’m making salmon 🍣 salad πŸ₯— 

Salmon 🍣 sodium  230 mg 

Baby spinach 

Salmon 0 carbs 

One yellow pepper     6 grams of carbs 

One cup of mushrooms. 2.3 carbs 

One cucumber πŸ₯’  Medium cucumber: 7.3 grams of total carbohydrates, including 3.4 grams of sugar

Raspberry’s one cup  15 grams carbs. 

Cherry tomatoes πŸ…   1/2 cup (114 grams): 6 grams of carbohydrates

1 cup: 5.84 grams of carbohydrate

Croutons.  πŸ’›πŸ’›πŸ’›πŸ’›πŸ’›πŸ˜‹.    5 carbs !     Sodium 15!  

My organic sharp cheddar cheese  Cheddar Cheese (1 cup, diced) contains 1.7g total carbs, 1.7g net carbs, 43.7g fat, 32.9g protein, and 532 calories.      I only used a dash of cheese πŸ§€.  Enjoy !!😊🍣🍣🍣.  Please tell me what you think about my recipe. Leave me a coment say hi !πŸ‘‹
