3. Brocoli 8.5 mg 4 grays of carbs 1 gram of sugar.
4. Tortillas 330 mg. 19 grams carbs 0 sugar
5. Mushrooms 4 mg. One cup
6. Mexican blend. 180 just a pinch π€ of cheese. 1 carb. O sugar !
Takes a few minutes to cook so amazing delicious π!!!!!! Well worth it !!!! In three days I’ve had no insulin
