I made spinach manicotti with ricotta cheese tonightht
In a bowl. ๐ฅฃ. I chopped up one cup of spinach. 24 mg
Ricotta cheese. 60 mg
Mozzarella cheese 1 cups one in the mixture 1 cup on top. 150 + 150
I cook in a pan on low the no salt added tomatoes sauce. 15 mg 1 can 1 can of. No salt diced 15 tomatoes ๐
same pan with the sauce.
Boil pasta shells then. Rinse in cool water
Mixture I did ricotta cheese.
One cup of chopped spinach
Parmesan cheese. And mozzarella.
Also 2 eggs ๐ฅ ๐ฅ & stir ! And place it in a bag with a whole cut in the corner and assemble the shells !! It’s quite fun and messy ! It’s so good y’all !!! I did this well !! 350* pre heat baking dish in the oven set for 20 min !!!

After 350* 20 minutes!!!
