Stuffed peppers ๐Ÿซ‘ are the best !!








Brown rice takes awhile too cook just keep adding water ๐Ÿ’ฆ a little at a time and wait till you see the wholes in the rice ๐Ÿš. Brown rice is great for diabetics. Slows down the sugar in your body !”  

Tonight I woke up late slept very good on my rest. 

I’ve. Been wanting to make these yummy stuff peppers ๐Ÿซ‘.  Since I saw in my friends page. Can’t wait thanks Leah ! 

Low sodium perfect diabetic recipe. Brown rice ๐Ÿš.

 Sauce 190. mg not your mommas sauce. !



Make sure you cook the peppers in a big pan hot water  

Then another pan your rice  and skillet ๐Ÿณ cook your meet  

After you assemble your peppers 

350* preheat oven for 15 minutes!! 


You can add chives or green onions on top so yummy ๐Ÿคค
