Meal planing πŸ’–πŸ’–is so worth it !!!! πŸ˜‡.

How is everyone been?  Hi everyone I did my first time meal planning for the week! Im so excited I wanted to share with you how you can make your fave meals to meet your diet needs!! Have a blessed weekend!!!  Today I prepared leftover pizza topping in a 🌯 burrito and it was extremely delicious, with only 290 mg per serving. On Monday,

            I made chicken parmesan with 490 mg per whole dish, and 245 mg per serving. My cauliflower crust pizza πŸ• contained 390 mg per slice. It was very tasty. I felt accomplished this week with my meal planning. My husband also enjoyed the meals. My cardiologist informed me on Tuesday that I still have some fluid retention, but I have made significant progress. By controlling my sodium intake, I have been able to reduce the fluid retention.
