First try at my egg muffins !!!!!
Happy Sunday Blessings everyone !! Lately, Auntie Vickie and I have been divinely inspired to plan and discuss creating muffin meals that are light, healthy and tailored to my medical diet needs, and tomorrow I'm looking forward to preparing meals that I can simply warm up, as meal prepping is a new and exciting venture for me !! πΌπΌπΌπΌ My recipe ! Step one:
1) Grease your muffin pan with butter π§ 2) Preheat the oven to 350*. 3) Chop your baby spinach or kale π₯¬ 4) Cook your bacon, π₯ then dice it. 5) Place turkey and cottage cheese on top Idded fiesta cheese π§ !! a in each muffin space ! 6) In a bowl π₯£ mix eggs π₯ with unsweetened milk. Assemble each muffin space, then pour the egg π₯ mixture on top ! Bake at 350 for 25 minutes, and the result is incredibly moist !!!!
Hubby can grab a light breakfast whem he comes in the morning!!!
