Another yummy salmon 🍣 recipe !!






Cooking a healthy meal for my husband and me is a breeze, thanks to my creative approach to low-salt and low-sugar intake.   I sucsesfully prepared a medley of grain rice, steamed broccoli, and cauliflower rice,  by sautΓ©ed veggies and pan-seared salmon, all while keeping a close eye on my sugar and sodium levels. The result was a truly satisfying lunch that my husband loved so much he went back for seconds! As a heart patient, & diabetic patient  I'm thrilled to report that my sugar and sodium levels remained in check, leaving me feeling empowered and motivated to continue making healthy choices.   All portion sizes control !  πŸ˜˜πŸ€©πŸ€©πŸ€©πŸ’œπŸ’œπŸ’œπŸ’œπŸ’œπŸ’œπŸ’œπŸ’œπŸ’œ sodium serving size 236 mg πŸ™‚.
