Hi everyone happy Father’s Day ! Tonight before our dinner was ready I discovered a new way to make a quesadilla containing shrimp and broccoli that can be a great source through protein and truly uplift our well-being! Shrimp is a lean protein source and broccoli also contributes some protein. To tie us over until our meal is ready it hit the spot and lifted our spirits! So crispy and fulfilling! 485 mg for one quesadilla!
