I made my own pad Thai with our left overs chicken fajitas veggies we used and chicken I cooked some shrimp ๐ค we already had peppers ๐ซ green onions and lime ๐๐ฉ. Made enough just for tonight and tomorrow. Lunch

Peppers ๐ซ 0 mg green and red peppers
Shrimp ๐ค l s 230 mg sauce is 130 mg. Pad Thai. Sauce !
Little hint of peanuts ๐ฅ lime ๐๐ฉ wedges so yummy !8.

Since money is tight we are leading to use what we have and to use our leftovers to create a brand new meal ๐ฝ️!!!!
So happy I made enough For the next days lunch !!
