Embarrassing on my jouney healthy baking gluten-free and sugar-free low-carb adventure. The cake mix contained only 6 grams of sugar, and I augmented it with zero-free cocoa in the mixture. After stirring in 2 eggs, I incorporated unsweetened coconut milk, but the mixture remained dry. However, it worked well once I added 1/2 milk on top of the monk fruit white powder. I baked it at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes. The recipe included 1 cup of carb quick flour and 2 teaspoons of butter. After greasing the pan and assembling the mixture in muffin pans, the result was soft and perfect on my first attempt, leaving me extremely excited!!!!! π₯ π₯₯ I can’t to do more !!! ππππ it’s getting easier to make rescuers work for me diet health needs !!! And still enjoy the sweetness !!!
